The Jewish Museum Vienna is an important cultural center in the heart of the city that documents and presents the rich history and cultural heritage of the Jewish community in Vienna. It offers an impressive collection of works of art, historical documents and religious artifacts. Regular special exhibitions and events complement the permanent exhibitions. The museum is committed to accessibility and strives to provide all visitors with unrestricted access to the exhibitions.

What was particularly noticeable was that the exhibits can be viewed very well from a wheelchair and the descriptions are very easy to read. Access is via an automatic door. On the right is the ramp to the ticket counter and the lower exhibition area. The barrier-free toilet is also on the ground floor. The other floors are easily accessible by elevator.
